Whilst you have been carrying your unborn baby your body has undergone many changes, this has put a great strain on your body and joints, mainly Spine, Hips, Knees, Ankles etc. The trauma you go through during the birthing process is like no other, putting a massive strain on the Hips & Spine pushing them to their limits. And now that your child has made it safely into this world it requires all your attention. This can cause sleepless nights, stress, and back pain carrying and lifting baby.
Due to the pressure put on these areas you can guarantee that misalignments of the Spine, Hips, Knees, Ankles, occur. Many women suffer with stress and tightness in the upper area of the back and neck too.
